This place is stunning and far better than the pictures of the outside of the building. The staff were very helpful, rooms are large & very clean with several complimentry snacks. On the day it rained they even lent us a couple of golf umbrellas. But what blew me away on arrival was the plush toy they gave my daughter. The staff member went out the back and brought out a basket of teddies for her to choose from, it made her day!

I've stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions for work. It's very close to the Hengelo city centre and railway station, fhas riendly staff and decent rooms. The breakfast is pretty good too.

I really enjoyed the room, everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable and cozy - I slept like a (happy) baby. And I want to thank the amazing staff at the reception who were very kind and patient.

A well-located, charming and cozy experience in the centre of Hengelo, just 2 minutes by walk from the main train station. Hengelo is in gereal a lovely town, and this hotel makes it so easy to circle around. With it's location nearly in the pure centre, all attractions, shops, coffeeshops, breakfast corners were reachable within up to 9 minutes maximum by walking. Charming authentic location for Christmas time.

stayed here many times but last time was 2018 hotel has had a massive overhall and looks much better for it that said a lot of the stfa are same as before and as always were excellent

From the moment we walked through the door after a very long and frustrating journey, we felt welcomed. Staff were helpful and friendly, our room had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Look forward to our next stay in April

Fabulous central location and conveniently located close to the train station. Lovely town, fabulous places to eat and drink. Lovely and clean in the hotel and around the town. Really enjoyed 😊

Nice, design hotel in the centre of Hengelo..With the most comfortable bed I ever slept in…If Hengelo itself would have been more exiting I would definitely go back, only for the bed :) Nice breakfast buffet.

Clean and nicely furnished. Good shower and comfortable beds. Also a gym which my son’s liked.
